New man on the block!

We first met Brock Carr Harcourts Cooper and Co (Albany) when he helped our daughter and her partner in to their first house. He went the extra mile to ensure he represented their interests through the negotiating process with an agent / company who we felt fell short of a professional standard. We decided to sell soon after and asked Brock for an appraisal, fully intending to get appraisals with agents we were familiar with in the area. We were so impressed with Brock's appraisal, fully supported by his manager Jackie throughout, that we decided to sign with him without getting any further appraisal. He was thoroughly professional throughout the process, for a relative beginner, his knowledge of the industry, the support from the broader Harcourts team and his willingness to learn was very reassuring. His fresh ideas and enthusiasm was infectious, constantly thinking and rethinking his approach. As we understand it our property consistently broke open day attendance records throughout the marketing campaign, due in part to Brock's hard work and innovative approach. We couldn't have asked for more. He was always providing advice, available when we had questions and worked incredibly hard to stay engaged with potential buyers showing interest in the property. We were both uncertain about going to auction because of prior experiences and on the day of the auction we were very nervous but Brock and the team were incredible. We were happy with the outcome but we were also both happy for Brock who appraised, listed and sold (through the auctioneer) our house. We have brought and sold a few houses over our lifetime so far and we have a 'cautious' appreciation of agents, however if you are looking for a passionate, professional, ethical and fun agent who totally represents your interests above all else then we both thoroughly recommend Brock Carr.
