An amazing, caring and knowledgeable man full of compassion.

We made a good choice in selecting "the tandem team" of Nigel and Jonathan as our agents and would thoroughly recommend either of them to future sellers. We have both felt that Nigel has been professional at all times, he has dealt with our emotions in a very positive and caring manner - at times it has been fraught but his calming attitude has swung into action to make the situation feel easy. Nigel has amazing local knowledge which he has shared with us and the clients he has brought to our house. At no time did we feel that our house was inferior or unsaleable. Often Nigel would pop in for a chat and a coffee ( I think he was checking up on us!!!! in a caring way) and we really enjoyed his company. He was 100% professional at all times, gave great advice, has a great sense of humour and compassionate. His rapport with clients (buyers) was honest, cordial and knowledgeable re their needs and matching those to our property. Feedback to us was forthcoming and suggestions honest - much appreciated. Nigel was accessible at all times to answer queries, and give us opinions. We have not sold a house in 30 years so were lacking some knowledge of the process - not a problem to Nigel - he simply explained it to us and then answered the myriad of questions that followed - we were never fobbed off. We would go through this process again at the drop of a hat (if we had to!!!) with Nigel at the helm. Thank you Nigel for your knowledge, patience and care of us over the past weeks and this week when you popped in with a lovely gift. Glad we were home to have coffee and bikkies with you!
