Paul recently helped as a buyer agent during the purchase of my first home, and I'd recommend him to anyone going through the same process. He helped to keep things simple throughout all stages of buying a home. From recommending properties to view, arranging viewing times, obtaining extra information on each property e.g. details requested by insurance companies, providing advice on the market when making an offer and negotiating through a multi-offer scenario, right through to providing a gift package to help settle into the home a little bit easier. It was so valuable to have an expert who has your best interests in mind, guiding you through each step of the process. Friendly, down to earth, and an agent who was a great help throughout - 5/5!
