Professional and Thoughtful

I engaged Len on behalf of my parents primarily because I know and trust him personally and from a professional point of view he was excellent. His knowledge of the area and how to present a home such as my parents was top notch and we were all very pleased with the auction outcome. Where he really excelled though was dealing with my elderly parents, he was caring and thoughtful and knew when to share info with them directly or to filter it through me to save confusing them.
