Hi Rod I should have written this email to you sooner! Now that our property is tenanted, I felt it was the right time to put 'pen to paper', as it was! Thanks so much for all of your help with the purchase of our investment property. From the very first phone call, you were extremely attentive to our needs. Keeping me in the loop with weekly phone calls and sending through listed/sold properties to show us what our budget could buy in Christchurch, really did help in narrowing down the finer details for us. You knew what you were talking about and were so accommodating with all my questions and requirements! We appreciated that when we came down to Christchurch for our 2 day trip, you had properties in our requirements lined up and ready to go. You stayed within our budget to not waste our time. You took the time to drive us around Christchurch, filling us in on each suburb as we went. This resulted in a quick purchase of one of the three you showed us on that day! Once we decided to purchase the townhouse in Papanui, not only did you make the process smooth and easy, as we had returned to our home city by then, but you went way above what was expected of you by meeting the builders, liaising with tradies, meeting the property managers (numerous times!) and even overseeing the installation of the window dressings! Nothing was ever a problem for you! Thank you so very, very much, Rod, for a seamless purchase of our beautiful rental property, that now has a lovely family living in it. You are worth your weight in gold and we are so pleased we followed the recommendations given to us from an Investor's Facebook group, that you were the one agent we should deal with!
