In my 45 years in dealing with Real Estate Agents, Sophie is the one I liked and trusted the most.

Why? She was selling a section that other agents gave up on. Bringing us lunch on the first day she met us didn't influence my feelings. Every week she brought people to the section, a lot of people didn't like the trees on public land at the front of our place so she wrote to the Council expressing why she thought the trees should be cut down (they were a definite fire hazard). Whenever she brought someone to the section she wrote and told us how the visit went. She told us when the section needed a cleanup which we really appreciated. She was very easy to communicate with and for the first time in my dealings with Estate Agents I trusted her totally. And the icing on the cake was she got the asking price. She has energy and drive and must have market knowledge because she knew how to find people and encourage their interest in our property.
