A fantastic problem solver and an excellent communicator

Rajat was very good throughout our whole buying journey. The property we wanted to buy had some issues with unconsented works and it became quite a complicated process with council, lawyer, inspector and surveyor involved to get everything sorted properly and insured. Rajat worked very hard behind the scenes and helped us a lot to secure the home we really loved. He was always helpful, easy to talk to and kept us updated the whole time.
