Gemma is an experienced professional and worked very hard on our behalf. She has an exhaustive rolodex of firms and trades-people she works that handled every aspect of the preparation of the property for sale from transformative landscaping, nitty-gritty maintenance and repair, to stunning staging. She worked hard overseeing many of the contractors, nothing was too much trouble Gemma. Gemma was point for a large team of professionals at Grenadier that handled everything from property positioning, advertising and marketing materials, showings, open days and the auction. She pursued every inquiry and kept us informed throughout with status updates. She handled the final negotiations with our buyer and managed the due diligence and inspection process through to successful confirmation. We had a lot of confidence in Gemma going into the sale and she more than delivered in what was a difficult market.
