Professional, and personable

Michelle was great at keeping in communication and keeping me update to date with the process as we worked through the sale. Being a first home buyer she took the time to work with me through the auction process and explain each step along the way. She was prompt with responses to any questions I had, and explained everything in detail but dumbed down for me as well. Even on auction day when she was busy she kept good communication through the morning prior to my auction and then talked me through the process again when I arrived. She also worked with me to bid on my behalf and then helped me through the negotiation process and in my opinion went above and beyond to help me get a good price for the property.
