Excellent customer service that guided us through the homebuying process

We honestly cannot thank Sue and Jack enough for helping us buy our first home. Going into this, we were pretty overwhelmed by the whole process, but they completely took the stress out of it for us. Their knowledge of the market here in Tauranga is amazing. Because we were new to all of this, we had a million questions, but they never made us feel like a nuisance. They explained everything clearly and made sure we actually understood what was happening at every step. Their communication was brilliant throughout. They were always available whenever we needed to chat, answer a quick text, or sort out a viewing, even outside normal hours. Sue and Jack are just lovely, down-to-earth people who are fantastic at their jobs. Thanks to them, we have bagged our first home, and the whole experience was brilliant.
