Great advice, guidance and practical help!

We highly recommend Sara. Sara helped us remotely with the sale of our house in Auckland. After living in the same home for over 34 years the thought of selling (and how to go about it) was quite daunting. Sara gave us excellent advice, guided us through the process and connected us with Cherie and Lisa from Harcourts Auckland who were fabulous. Sara said going to auction was the best option for us and it was ! She said presentation of our house was extremely important and it was! (Even though our house was a do up) She offered to come up to Auckland to help us stage our house (with our furniture) and worked a miracle. The photos were fantastic. She answered all our questions, requests and calls and was extremely hands on throughout the three weeks. End result was a SOLD sticker. Great team work all around. We were so proud to have a Harcourts sign up in our street ‼️‼️
