From First Viewing to Sold in Hours — Sara Went Above and Beyond!!

We can’t recommend Sara enough! We viewed the house for the first time at 10:15am, put in a formal offer, and by 4:30pm the sold sign was already up — the kids loved helping put it on, and Sara even delivered champagne so we could celebrate! Having just moved back to Tauranga from Torquay on the Great Ocean Road, the painting we saw of the Twelve Apostles in the home felt really special. Sara has since bought the painting for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch.
