Sara was recommended to me by a friend, and although I wasn’t quite ready to sell after our first meeting. Eighteen months later, when I was ready, Sara was the first person I called. From the outset, she was an excellent communicator. Whenever I rang, she answered, and she clearly talked me through every step of the process. The first few offers weren’t where I wanted them to be, and at no point did she pressure me. Instead, she went back to the market to search for stronger offers. Sara eventually found a young couple who submitted an offer. In the behind the scenes, she kept in touch with a previous couple whose offer had been below my expectations. She negotiated them up to a higher level and secured them as a backup contract, even making it unconditional. Both the contracts’ dates were perfectly aligned, so I knew one way or another my property would sell on the unconditional date.
