An excellent communicator with a good understanding of the current housing market
From day one Naziya presented as a professional long term real estate agent with a good understanding of the current market conditions in the suburb we wanted to sell our property. Her relaxed communications style was honesty and realism about the market we were moving into, with no pressure to either list with her or to set an unrealistic price expectation. Her advice as to how to present the property and the extent of any pre-market renovation work was well received and effective in achieving an ultimate sale. Her communications and feedback during the marketing campaign were spot on with regular timely updates and full weekly reports. Throughout the course of the campaign she gave out a positive conclusion, which proved to be correct. Once a potential buyer had been found she helped guide them through the process of them purchasing their own home to ultimately achieve what both parties were wanting. Despite a health related setback on my part at the crucial time of settlement and completion Naziya provided good support and guidance to enable the agreement to be finalised at the agreed time. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Naziya to anyone requiring a competent, friendly and professional agent
