Persistence pays off

Bryan was able to offer good and practical advice to us throughout the sale process. He was always happy to hear from us and took a lot of suggestions on board when deciding the best way to write-up and sell the property. The one key thing was that he was persistent in his efforts despite the number of buyers being reduced, he knew that the right buyer for our property was out there and it paid off. Bryan was also flexible in his approach to marketing the property, he was happy to listen to outside advice/peers to help us achieve the sale. Though we had moved out of the area Bryan kept us in the loop throughout the process even when there some issues that needed to be pushed through.
