When I first walked into this home, I was immediately greeted with a feeling of warmth and calm. With the living area and both bedrooms facing north, the house is filled with natural light, you really feel the sun.
What I love most is how unique the layout is. It's a two-bedroom home, yet it has a bathrooms plus an ensuite, which is incredibly rare for this size and location.
The main bedroom really surprised me. As you walk through to the ensuite and walk-in robe, there's a generous space in between, currently used as a sewing room. It's easy to imagine this as a dressing area, work-from-home space or a quiet spot to enjoy a coffee and a book.
The kitchen is really functional with good bench space and storage. It's open plan with the dining area so you can cook while still enjoying company.
