•We recently purchased 1 High Street and worked with Josh throughout the process. As this was his first sale, he showed enthusiasm and was clearly motivated to get the deal across the line. He was responsive and worked hard to see the transaction through to an unconditional agreement. At times, information was not always immediately available, which was understandable given Josh was not the original listing agent. This became clearer once the property moved from what we had initially been advised was a “quiet listing” to being publicly listed while we were finalising our offer. There were also a few areas along the way that could have been more streamlined. For example, after we became unconditional, the vendor requested a change to the settlement date through their lawyer. Unfortunately, due to our lending arrangements, we were unable to accommodate this at that stage. We had asked for this information earlier in the process, so it was disappointing not to have had it confirmed sooner. That said, Josh handled the final inspection, followed up on some minor issues, and managed the handover of keys well, going above and beyond at that stage of the process. I genuinely think Josh and the listing agent were not expecting us to be ready to make an offer at the viewing, so it was a steep learning curve for everyone involved. Purchasing property can be complex, and we appreciate the effort that went into getting the sale completed. We wish Josh all the best as he continues to gain experience in the industry.
This was my first time selling a property. Rhonda made the process so easy keeping in regular contact with goings on and how the whole process works as well as updates on any offers and how they were progressing. The work to help and get the property tidy and staged for photos was above and beyond anything I would have expected. Considering I stress about everything, Rhonda made the whole process remarkably stress free.
