Been very helpful with getting a new tenant and arranging trades.

I have recently had my previous tenants move out and Michelle has assisted me with getting quotations for painting the interior of the house and replacing flooring, prior to the new tenants moving it. I am based in Australia and it would have been very difficult to arrange trades for redecorating etc from Australia.
