From the very beginning of inquiring to list our property, we were treated with the utmost respect. Ann’s plan was twofold: • Auction after a three-week advertising campaign, combined with three open homes. • If not sold at auction, follow-up with interested parties requiring to sell themselves, along with advertising with a price that meets the market. We were impressed with the weekly reports and visits after each open home. The report highlighted the number of people visiting, their comments and views of the house, as well as commentary on the price range they thought was appropriate. Though the property did not sell at auction, it gave us a clear indication of the price range for the second strategy, which was to advertise with a set price and open homes. This had an immediate effect, as a purchaser was found with the first advertisement and open home. Throughout this period, Ann was very professional and her vast experience was evident.
