Excellent at finding out what a buyer wants
Amanda took the time to find out what my needs were exactly and how I could make a house work for my unique situation. She was in regular contact with me over a few months and suggested a number of houses to view. She was happy to personally show me properties when my busy schedule allowed it. I felt that we built a relationship where I was a person that she wanted to help, not just a number in the phone to follow up with after an open home. The house I went with was one that I hadn't even contemplated until she contacted me. Maybe she knew me better than myself!

Perfect Sale
Having worked with Janette for many years it was her we turned to in selling our rental property recently. Once again Janette came through with flying colours and we were able to sell quickly despite a flat market and also when selling over the traditionally quiet Christmas period. Despite an accident that limited Janette's mobility etc she linked in automatically with a co-worker and this allowed for a seamless selling process for which we were extremely grateful.
