Cracked a hard sale!!

Julian and Sam achieved a positive outcome for all parties involved in the sale/purchase of my rental property.Given the limited amount of potential buyers for a property in a semi complex situation like this one I think they did extremely well and I especially liked Julian’s slightly unorthodox but totally professional attitude towards achieving a positive outcome for both buyer and seller. Considering this property was at the lower end of the average range of property values I think team Blanchard gave it equal importance to any other property. One thing that I particularly liked was their ability to communicate efficiently and the group messenger worked well.
