Transparency

I had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Harcourts with Shey being the realtor for the property . Shey was at all times professional friendly supportive and open in her dealings. I appreciated the transparency, honesty and that she was open in her communications, and communicated in a timely fashion . Shay helped me through the auction process and included my family in her dealings this for me was important as the move to Timaru has been a difficult decision with the recent passing of my spouse. It was beneficial to know some of the history of the house and her approach was relaxed in manner which enabled me to make my own choices without feeling pressured.
