I signed up with Jeremy then let him and the Kartolo team put together an outstanding brochure of our property for sale, even when many issues needed addressing on the house and grounds. The property wasn't ready to sell straight off. The team showed patience waiting for the kitchen and laundry ready for a professional interior photo shoot. Always checking out details about the property to build a complete picture on it's history including when replacement roof, wiring, carpets and heating etc, were done. I appreciated Jeremy's working with the buyer who requested a Building Report which showed drainage issues. It was a practical move to leave the outworked detail to resolution in his hands, to the buyer's satisfaction. I would ask Jeremy and his team, to sell a property on my behalf, again with pleasure.
