Team Green was recommended by a friend that had used them for previous property sales, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Having previously listed my property with other agents and not getting a single offer, I knew the property could be difficult to sell being an apartment in New Plymouth and the associated complications. Trish was amazing at communicating with all parties involved, and after going live and the first open home the first offer was in within about a week, which became unconditional a couple of weeks later.
