Happily goes the extra mile.

I found a property in our desired location on the Trade Me website on a Monday morning but the auction was three days later on Thursday. With few properties ever coming on the market there, could we view the property, do the necessary due diligence and be ready to bid at the auction? What a challenge! Debbie rose to it with great professionalism and enthusiasm. We viewed the property on Tuesday and loved both the house and its location. Completing the due diligence in time was no small task as I had other commitments on Wednesday but the generous help and guidance provided by Debbie saw it completed late on Wednesday evening. She even provided advice outside of "normal" working hours. For the auction, Debbie organized bidding assistance for this auction bidding "newbie". (I was also somewhat "brain fried" by working at such speed on the due diligence). All of us reaped the reward of her efforts with a successful purchase at the auction. Thank you Debbie, you were pleasure to work with and we are so grateful that you went "the extra mile" for us.
