First home buyer experience

We honestly don’t know where to begin when it comes to thanking Shelley for everything she has done throughout our first home-buying journey. After our first mortgage broker was unable to secure finance for us, we had lost hope. Shelley never did. She recommended another mortgage adviser who was able to help us move forward, and without that recommendation, we genuinely wouldn’t be where we are today. Shelley has been incredibly approachable and honest throughout the entire process. She always took the time to answer our questions, kept us well informed every step of the way. We also appreciated how she balanced the interests of both the vendors and buyers. We are so grateful for Shelley’s guidance and, encouragement. She has played a huge part in helping us achieve our dream of buying our first home, and we cannot thank her enough. 10/10 recommend! Plus she’s got great sense of humour.
