Very nervous being a first time home seller. Cian put me at ease straight away and the lines of communication were always open. His knowledge of the market is impeccable. Total professional and a generally nice and trustworthy individual. A sense of humour is always a must and Cian has this in spades. A lot of hard work was put in by Cian and his colleague Ross, which ensured a successful sales campaign in a short time frame. If the occasion arose again, I would not hesitate to engage Cian again and I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.
