Not all hero‘s wear capes

There are people that go above and beyond and then there is Emma. Consistently and selflessly taking your expectations to the next level, Emma is an estate agent that primarily works for her clients not for a wage or commission. Such profound kindness, Emma made my move from Auckland to Christchurch an absolute breeze- dealing with removers, carpet cleaners, chimney sweeps and even lighting the log burner on the day I was due to arrive so I didn’t arrive to a cold house after a very long journey. The candle and log basket were a genuinely lovely gift that made the house feel that bit more like home from the get go, albeit amongst boxes with cranky and tired ‘kids’. Emma has been a constant source of knowledge having lived in Oxford for 14 years and knows the stuff ‘off the beaten track’ that is incredibly handy. A phenomenally talented and gifted person, Emma takes the stress out of buying a house and dare I say it- makes it actually enjoyable. I’ve found the forever house now but if I were to move again, Emma would be my first telephone call. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
