Andrew was a great agent to work with. When I put in my offer in he took it to the vendor quickly. Because of the market at the time we he had to get an existent on the time frame. The market had crashed a bit he renegotiated the price. Andrew was fantastic at keeping me in the loop all the way through. I would recommend Andrew to anyone buying or selling a property. I felt he went above and beyond. I do thank him for that. Now I am living in my lovely new home.
