Thank you Alan for a great result

I would like to express my heart felt thanks and gratitude to Alan Nobbs of Harcourts in Akaroa for his management and skill in the recent sale of my holiday home. Alan was a member of the team the office when my now late husband and I bought the section in Rue Cachalot and built the house there almost 35 years ago - and he has been part of it’s journey ever since. I found his market knowledge both realistic and positive in a market that is not the most buoyant; his approach to it all most professional; and at all times I have very much appreciated his communication skills. His empathetic handling of the process and sale has softened the sadness of passing on a cherished holiday home. Thank you Alan, I would recommend you to anyone.
