Promised alot, & delivered on ALL of it!

First met Chris while mid renovations, I had several agents through to give me broad appraisals, but found he could envisage what I was doing & the standard I was doing it to. Right from the get go I had a clear understanding of a marketing strategy, price expectations & target market. I also followed his advice about staging & it transformed the house & combined with his chasing purchasers, it definitely got me top dollar. As I am based overseas, presenting the house for open homes could have been challenging, however Chris went over & above to ensure it was well presented (even doing the lawns!). Being a small team, you know your property will be given the same level of effort in marketing as larger, more expensive properties. On top of that, Chris is a bloody nice bloke & I couldn't recommend him enough.
