In her role as agent she secured the sale of 79a Insoll Ave in June 2021 - settlement in July 2021.

From March to June Ann-Marie worked with me, first with the formalities of being able to sell the property, then preparing the place for sale. She arranged for all the open homes and followed up all interest expressed through telephone calls, Emails and other expressions of interest. From my perception she was particularly diligent and hardworking in following up all expressions of interest and a favorable offer was presented to me on 10 June (plus a back-up offer should the first one have fallen through). I consider her to be honest and forthright and fair in he dealings both with me and the prospective buyers.
