Hectic and enthusiastic - that's Gina !. Gina came with practical advice on getting the property ready for sale. She is a great problem solver and offered help with providing staging. Gina got lots of people through the property and 3 offers within a good space of time in the current market.

Gina was very professional, approachable and supportive throughout our selling journey. She was very friendly, checked In with us regularly and was easy to communicate with. She worked hard to obtain a quick sale. Thanks Gina

My experience in dealing with Gina over the purchase of my new home has been very positive. She has been really responsive to my questions and I've found her very professional in all my dealings with her.

We could not of been happier to have Gina Colling handling the purchase of our property. With our big move from the Far north,Gina showed us from the very start her unique professional experience and great knowledge of the area. She went the extra mile, which we greatly appreciated. We would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the Wairarapa. Kind Regards, Wendy ans Greg.

All within one month, Gina was a dream to work with from pre-sale to post-contract signing. We wanted to take our photos, and Gina guided us to ensure we not only captured the feel we were going for but included aspects important to potential buyers. Gina's patience, professionalism, and expertise steered us toward the ultimate goal of selling our home with the ability to move on to new adventures. Thanks, Gina.

Gina maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process, particularly excelling in communication. Her consistent updates kept us well informed, and we highly recommend her.

Gina kept us informed on every step of the process and acted professionally at all times.

Could not recommend Gina more highly!!! Amazing Agent! Amazing communication, so professional and stood by everything she offered and promised. The thought of selling was an overwhelming and scary thought, especially in today market and Gina made it so easy and bare able. Gina went over and beyond for us, she changed our lives forever. Gave my family the fresh start we needed. Forever grateful amd thankful!

When Gina entered our house we knew at once she was the agent we wanted. She is a down to earth no nonsense person, someone we could get on with. Once we gave her the go ahead we had people through the door. The response to her work meant we had people each week. Had an offer and then things went wrong. We found out the house had a problem. This meant the house had to come off the market for a while whilst the problem was fixed. In the meantime Gina was still talking to people and as soon as we were able to put it back on the market Gina had people in to view. A new offer was on the table within a couple of weeks and the house sold. All the time Gina kept in touch with us and informed us what was happening. We were glad that we chose Gina over other agents. She is the best.

Gina, provided us with current market valuations prior to contract signing, Her communication was always timely and we were kept up todate at all times. Very professional and highly recommended

Their knowledge on the local market was amazing and their follow up and weekly discussions were always good accurate updates on what was on the local market and what had sold or was under offer,we certainly would not hesitate to have this Tremains duo represent us again. Murray n Robyn
