Gina and Linette made it clear from the start that we were in a very slow and dropping market, and patience was needed. We had a clear expectation of the market, which they updated regularly with local examples. They showed us how to present our property in its best light, including improvements in lay out in house and garden. Their experience and knowledge was invaluable. In fact, they did such a good job, we joked we were reconsidering selling 😅 As fate would have it, our first and final offer happened just as we were about to leave on holiday to Fiji. (planned well before). Signed the day before, there was one small hiccup, while we were away. Usually, it would have been a seller’s responsibility to sort, but Gina dealt with it for us, enabling us to go unconditional, while we were enjoying ourselves. That was simply awesome in our eyes. Was the price what we hoped for? No, but we had the facts in front of us to accept our decision. (And we bought in the same market). Throughout the process we had regular and very enjoyable evening catchups to review progress and possible changes, and eat mallow puffs and lemon treats. Gina and Linette ensured that during one of life’s most stressful situations, we felt in control and truly looked after from beginning to end. We always felt we could have very open discussions. They were very flexible to meet our unsocial hours We have no hesitation in recommending either of them. And even better when you have both!
