Gavin was welcoming at the open homes and provided a quick response to any queries. As a buyer that was new to the auction process, Gavin provided guidance about the process and then got a colleague to assist on the day, as he was the auctioneer. He then we above and beyond to help us achieve a photo op with the 'Sold' sign to make the purchase more personal for the kids.
Easy to deal with, no bs, went with his recommendations and very pleased with the results.
