Communication and guidence could improve. There was a lack of information on next steps and how to complete them, including wanting to make an offer. I needed to follow up on getting responses to quesitons a couple a couple of times. But otherwise friendly. Didn't interact with Gillian, only dealth with Gareth and Aleisha. Aleisha was great, helpful, and very responsivie.
