We were looking to buy s property for our kids. Ended up at Kauwhata. Daughter found contact on fb for Booming Builders. Went to see the houses snd met with Covenant. She took us along to all the properties which were getting ready and some already done. We were really interested in one of them, and we offered but missed out. Covenant helped us to pick one off the plan and we ended up buying 2 side by side. She has been communicating all along with development.
