We bought a property through Natarsha in 2018 and sold it through her in 2025. Both times, and in between during the time that we owned the property, Natarsha was attentive and always willing to provide advice and assistance. She knows Rotorua so well and her experience in the town was really important to us. Her advice through the process of selling our property was greatly appreciated. She guided us on the state of the market, on how we could add value to the property ahead of sale (and what we shouldn't bother with), clarified the general process of selling and ensured we maximised our return. She was willing to meet tradespeople through the tidy up process, as we were out of town, which we also valued immensely. We'd definitely engage Natarsha again and would recommend her to others.
