Hit and miss

Our experience has been pretty average compared to other real estate agencies that we’ve used. There was never a sold sign put on our property and even on settlement it wasn’t taken down, being that there’s a lot of other properties on the market in the area and it’s bare land, we don’t want people thinking they can walk over our land because it still appeared to be on the market. Also what happened to showing your clients some appreciation for their business? Even to the last moment we were chasing up to see that it had settled. As business owners ourselves, it’s been a poor experience at the end.
