▶Poor communication, poor form with communication of the sales and purchase agreement. Got a builder inspector report was denied access to get quotes for the work identified. Had to get my lawyer involved. There was a short 10 days working clause and quick settlement. Advised the client the report was false even know it was from a reputable builder. A experienced roof company agreed with the findings. I would advise based on my experience not to purchase a property with Nick or first national. Now they costing me more money as I have to go through lawyers now. Not fair, stressful and costly.
