SELF-SUFFICIENT LIFESTYLE

Looking for the perfect blend of privacy, space, and sustainability in one of Taranaki's most sought-after rural settings? Welcome to a rare opportunity to secure a self-sufficient sanctuary with serious lifestyle appeal. Whether you're dreaming of living the good life, running a small-scale farming operation, or simply investing in a unique piece of land with future development potential - this exceptional property delivers it all. Set on approximately 37 acres (14.89 hectares), the property offers a peaceful, elevated position with breathtaking views of Mount Taranaki. A long private driveway leads you well off the road, where native forest gullies, rolling paddocks, and natural water features create a haven of tranquillity. The land includes two large silage paddocks, gently undulating to steep grazing areas, and is laced with the perennial Kaikokopo River, along with a dam and two ponds. A fully gravity-fed water system supplies all paddocks, supported by excellent fencing and well-maintained infrastructure. Completely off-grid, the property runs on a state-of-the-art solar system, giving you total independence without sacrificing modern comforts. A new, fully consented four-bay shed has been professionally converted, offering a contemporary living space complete with a full kitchen, spacious bedroom, en suite bathroom, large loft, and a generous Kwela timber deck ideal for entertaining or relaxing in nature. In addition, an unconsented container home provides extra accommodation with three bedrooms, a bathroom, and another expansive deck - all complemented by a cosy woodfire spa pool perfect for stargazing under the clear country skies. Adding to the appeal is an established orchard that feels like your own private food forest, boasting a wide variety of fruit and nut trees including apples, plums, pears, apricots, nectarines, citrus, feijoas, guavas, avocados, macadamias, figs, mulberries, and cherries. Despite its peaceful setting, the location remains incredibly convenient - just seven minutes to Inglewood, nine minutes to Bell Block, and under 20 minutes to the New Plymouth CBD. This is more than just a property - it's a lifestyle. One that promises sustainability, potential, and a chance to live connected to the land without compromising on comfort or convenience.

A++ communication with all the information requested for the property

Great communication with many questions asked and answered by Leo , Leo let me inspect the property many of times during the sale before I purchased . He also organised a time with the vendors to get many of answers on how things we’re run on the 37 acres of farm land in which made life so much easier.
