When shopping around for a Real Estate agent to market our home, we decided (after meeting with 2 other companies) that we would go with Monique and First National. We based our decision on two factors that were important to us. These were, the fact that the company was local and that Monique needed experience. Experience is only gained by being given a chance. My husband and I have been given opportunities in our careers to gain experience, and we wanted to pay it forward. Monique was very professional in her communications with us throughout the whole process. She was very poised and was a great listener, listening to our wants and needs, and offering advice as she saw fit. She explained all the jargon to us, making sure we knew exactly what was happening at each step in the process. The photos she took of our property showed off all that our home and property had on offer, capturing it at its best. Our weekly schedule is hectic, having Monique make herself available after hours made the process stress free. The best part... our house sold in 5 days, with an offer that set up us to move onto to our forever home.
