Effortless sale

Knowing nothing about selling a house I decided to use Gillian as I had heard of her through friends and she worked in the area where my house was. She arranged, painters, gardeners, handyman and stylists to tweak my house so it presented in the best possible way. I was impressed with the way I was kept up to date with what was happening and Gillian was always just a phone call away. Through her suggestions and my listening I settled on a price far above my expectations which has enabled me to move onto the next stage of my life in a more positive way. I would recommend Gillian/Gareth to anyone who wants professionalism, support, knowledge of their market and communication. It is an extremely stressful thing to sell your house when your future depends on it, but if you get the right person the majority of that stress is gone and it becomes a smooth hassle free process.
