Sold, bought, and settled in less than a month!!

We had our eye on another house but didn't even have our house on the market. Gillian came over to do an appraisal, and we knew that she would likely have potential buyers in the area. After telling her what our goal was, it was like watching the inner workings of a computer. In the same conversation she had identified dates, open home days/times, deadlines etc. in order to get us to our end goal (which was to put a clean offer in on another house). She very quickly had our trust. She gave us clear instructions on how to get our home ready for market. She remained in constant contact with us during the marketing period, gently challenged our choices, but was also firm with us when needed. We felt like the entire Collective team were working solely for us. We were absolutely over the moon to get the result we were after. The entire process was quick and easy, and felt like it was just 'meant to be'.
