Marie is amazing!!

I bought my first house through Marie in 2018 and she was very helpful and patient in explaining the process as a first home buyer which was hugely appreciated. Since then she has always kept in touch and been helpful with advice for not only me but also for others in my cross lease who she had never dealt with before and had absolutely no obligation to. She is kind and patient with her approach to things, but also manages it with enough assertiveness and boldness to still get things done and across the line. When I relocated cities and went to sell my house Marie was a no brainer to engage. She took the same amazing approach to selling my house and I will be forever grateful for her patience and determination to help me sell my house in a hugely challenging housing market. She always kept me in the loop while I was in Queenstown and also liaised with my parents who were still in Wellington and helping me out as well. She went above and beyond in her capacity, always answered phone calls and was proactive in her communications as well. Nothing was too much to ask and she always remained kind and open in her approach. Nearly 6 months of hard work and we finally got there! I would recommend Marie to anyone and am hugely appreciative of her work in getting my house across the selling line, thank you!
