If I could give Mia ten stars plus, I would. Mia never gave up on us or our home. She understood the market and how unstable it was and knew us as her client. I think what I liked about Mia was her honest and open approach to selling. She is very relaxed in her selling style, yet always professional. Mia was always sensitive to how we felt when she had to deliver feedback. (You know the sort -I'll say horrible things to get the price dropped) She never waivered under fault finding and always responded with constructive reasoned responses to both parties. Having her as a constant through this process was so reassuring. Dialogue was always two sided, she fosters a safe trusting relationships. One of Mia's strong points as an agent and there are many, was her prompt responses to inquires, following up and letting us know where we stood and the purchaser. She worked hard, never missing an opportunity to present our home. Always weighing up the timing of an open home. We are so grateful to have found her.
