From the very first moment I enquired about the property, Louise has been absolutely exceptional. I honestly could not have asked for a more helpful, professional and genuinely lovely person to guide us through buying our new home in New Zealand. No matter how many questions I have asked or how much help I have needed, she has always responded with the same calm, friendly and incredibly helpful manner. What has really stood out is that Louise’s help hasn’t simply stopped with the sale. Even now that everything is completed, she is still helping us with all sorts of things. She is always full of useful local knowledge, practical advice and thoughtful suggestions, and has made the whole experience so much easier. Louise genuinely cares about the people she is working with, and that comes across in everything she does. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, and I feel incredibly fortunate that she was the agent for the home we fell in love with.
