Stephanie presented excellent knowledge about the local areas and people who were potential interested buyers. She had wonderful marketing skills from how to best present the property by photos to marketing. She communicated well with how people felt about the property when they were viewing. Stephanie continued to stay positive and once I accepted an offer, she continued to support me through the process by helping me to access a lawyer. Her professionalism and integrity are of high standards. What I appreciate the most about Stephanie is her passion to get the job done with an extraordinary positive attitude. I am not a positive person, so she was a very good match for my type of personality.
