Exceeded expectations - highly recommended

It was a difficult decision to sell the home I’d been happily living in for more than a decade. I wanted to find the right agent to do it, who would fully extoll the virtues of the property. I interviewed a few different agents but Matt stood out as having the drive to do the hard work to get the result I wanted. I had no regrets. Boy, did we have a few unexpected twists and turns along the way (imagine getting a leak in your ceiling a few days before auction). However, Matt’s calmness and professionalism navigated us through the difficulties. The marketing was so amazing I almost retracted my decision to sell, the house looked so good.
