An honour and pleasure to deal with Karl

When we first met , Karl was warm and easy to communicate with and always very punctual. Karl’s market knowledge is just top notch. We did a big clean up around the house and had a photo shoot. He saw some grey areas and mentioned that our hero photo needs to stand out and advised us on what we should do. We’re glad we listened and did the things that needed to be worked on and sure enough, it paid off. The 2nd photo shoot made a huge difference, almost looking at a different house. We don’t have any realestate knowledge, so when we took on Karls advice, his knowledge and professionalism really shone. He always informed us and kept us updated.
